I am facilities manager at a site with secure server rooms at our offices. Climate control is really important for us in keeping everything running as it should be. The guys at JC Watson do that for us without fail every time. They can always answer our questions, no surprise billing, and came straight through for us when we had an issue. Highly Recommended

I called this morning and by 2pm an engineer was here and our unit was fixed. I could not be happier with the experience.

I wanted to leave a great review for JC Watson because they have been nothing but helpful throughout my whole ordeal. I recently opened a new office and needed to service the existing machines on site. Having no experience with A/C, I was shocked to find out from the existing supplier that what I thought was going to be just a few small parts replaced, was actually going to cost almost the same amount as a few new machines!? Alarm bells!.I thought a double check wouldn't hurt, so after looking through a few websites I came across J C Watson, they deal with some reputable brands which immediately filled me with confidence because I know those types of companies do not deal with anyone!

After speaking to their service support desk, who were very polite and helpful, they had agreed to have someone on site by the next day (the call was at 2pm on a Thursday). The Engineer turned up on the day in a clean Van and was clean shaven, that in itself was a good start. After short verbal diagnosis he got to work stripping back my machines, after 30 minutes he assured me that the machines did not need to be replaced and after a another 3 hours they were all back up and running.

He left the my offices tidy like he had never been there, and saved me a small fortune. I would recommend JCW to anyone; we have since passed their details to business associates of ours.and we value our reputation.

They have gone bust and couldn't even be bothered to tell their customers. And that includes an NHS trust. Please avoid this company and anyone associated with it at all costs

JC Watsons employees were very attentive and helpful on the job. They were knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us with our AC units, rather than just being focused on telling us our units are unrepairable and trying to sell us something we don't need.

Was not provided with any information if I would be charged for a quote and then was cheekily charged 250 odd pounds for someone to just come across and inspect the problem. The engineer was nice but during his visit he didn't even open the AC unit but just looked at it and said it was leaking. During this visit he also took down model numbers so the could quote me on a care package.

For this only, I was charged ridiculously, whilst the guy was at the premises I enquired as to what repair charges would be he said the company would send an invoice for this days visit as well as the care plan. I was shocked and asked to speak with the Jack there and then, telling him I was not willing to pay for someone to come down and note model numbers which I could have done myself rather than be charged!

To be honest I think the company has done this to many people as the engineer did not seemed surprised when I said I was not aware of any charges for the visit. I do not expect to be charged 250 for someone to write down model numbers and confirm I have a leak!
