We offer an emergency 24 hour call out facility, a fast response to situations which cannot wait until the following day. Our service office staff are on hand to take your calls and because we understand your need to be operational at all times, our engineers are always quick to respond, often the same day.
Under the CDM Regulations, clients have a legal obligation to ensure that external contractors and service providers working on their premises operate in a safe way. Therefore it is necessary to assess contractors health & safety arrangements and increasingly this is being carried out through 'Safecontractor'.

Very poor service. The engineer did have knowledge of the type of unit installed in the cold room. He said it was installed wrong way. I confirmed with the manufacturer the installation was correct. Charged me two hours for nothing. Called another company next day. All Job done in 2 1/2 hours. Avoid this company.
