Paul and Adam did a splendid job in installing A/C unit (inside and outside) at my business premises. They are very punctual and professional in their job and tidied up the whole place once the job is done. The Air Conditioning system that Ultra Cooling installed for me is exactly what we wanted, it is really simple to operate, and very quiet when it is on - which was a big concern for us. I moved to a house with air con in the conservatory last year and Ultra Cooling came to service the unit. The job became complicated and my review reflected how fantastic they were. And here we go again: I was having a garden party last weekend and discovered that the air con unit (ceiling installed) was leaking dreadfully; it would be impossible to use. Guests would have to sweat!

I rang Carlo at Ultra Cooling explaining that my party was to begin in 3 hours. He said he'd sort it out for me. Sure enough, an hour later the bell rang and there was the engineer. You really can't ask for better service. Polite, helpful and efficient always! Party was a great (and unsweaty) success!
