They came to service my AC to my new house, servicing paid for by the seller and then it didn't work when I moved to the house. When I called them to come and take a look at what the problem was or even educate me more on the problem, if it was something I could fix over the phone, they told me i would have to pay a fee of 95$ for them to come and look at it, if not, I should go and find another place to look at the problem they might have caused. He was very rude about it as well.

Kudos to DJ with Air Conditioning Plus for his professional expertise in fine tuning our newer furnace and installing a RGF system - a proven anti-bacterial, mold and viral technology. You just can't overstate the vast knowledge that come with years of experience in residential and commercial HVAC. DJ listened to our questions and concerns. He then systematically started his diagnostic process.

With a variety of meters and testing equipment, he was able to identity necessary adjustments that made all the difference. He actually took the time necessary to do the proper testing. I liked that he was more than willing to explain what and why he was doing each activity. Once he got the furnace dialed in, he was able to quickly install the new RGF System.

This is something he personally by and has installed in his own home. I can't thank him enough for his pleasant attitude, patience and professionalism. I also learned he is an adjunct instructor at PPCC for the HVAC training. I highly recommed him if you want it done right and by someone you can actually trust!

My furnace was making all kinds of crazy noises and I was worried about it dying with single digits outside. I couldn't believe they got someone out to my house within an hour. It turned out a new blower motor was needed and it was sourced, quoted and installed same day. What's standout to me is the honesty and integrity. I was given time-frames accurately and thoughtfully. No shooting from the hip and everything was completely professional and reassuring from start to finish.

We paid al lot of money to have Air Conditiong Plus come out and diagnose why our pilot light keeps going out. They have replace many different parts and it still goes out several times a week. We called back and DJ pretended that they had heard of us or worked on our furnace before. I had to provide him the receipts to prove they had been to our house before. Now they won't return our calls.

DJ, Phillip and crew have fixed my stuff for over 10 years. I use him personally and professionally. I manage buildings as Director of Facilities for a living and have worked at the YMCA, VillaSport Athletic Club, The Mining Exchange Hotel, Genesis Healthcare, and now Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Air Conditioning Plus consistently gives me highly reliable, honest and cost effective service on my AC, furnace, boiler and other HVAC equipments.

They are currently working long days to replace the church's 57 year old boiler with a highly efficient model that will save us a bunch of money on our utility bill. In short, they are a great company for residential or commercial service.

DJ was awesome. My husband and I are new to the area. We need our microwave to vent outside. He pulled the permit, and did any awesome job. He was always in communication. He stands by his work. We highly recommend him and his team to do it the right way. We will total use him again for other job. Good people are hard to find, we are very happy to have found him.

These guys are a top notch HVAC company. They've installed new units for my home and business. Wouldn't consider using anyone else in town! I would highly recommend them, particularly if you have a "dinosaur" furnace like I used to. They serviced it for years before I finally decided to replace the BEAST. They understood the old unit like several other companies did not.
