Very satisfied with this company, they installed 3 AC units for us. They were able to come and quote very quickly and were happy and able to answer all my questions, including follow up questions over the phone. When it came to install they were able to go from receiving the PO on a Friday to having sourced the units and completed installation of all 3 systems by the end of Wednesday.

The engineers doing the installation were excellent, on time, polite and friendly, knew what they were doing etc. They made sure that I was aware of where everything was going to be installed and what it would look like once it was installed. They also took care to make sure it all looked clean and tidy afterwards.

Great job and service! Recently installed an air con unit in our bedroom. From sales through quote/ survey and installation they were courteous, professional and very easy to work with; and gave expert advice when choosing the unit. The finish on the job is top notch with very neat ducting etc and they cleaned up well after themselves putting everything back (including the bed which I had moved). Was a recommendation to me from my brother and I would highly recommend to anyone else.

This was overall an excellent experience. We had a couple of heat pump installers to give quotes, but it was clear that Constant Cooling were the most experienced and quoted us what we actually needed. Phil was very good at explaining his proposed solutions, including many details I would never have thought of. Raymond was great at keeping in touch throughout the process, and worked with us to get what we needed within our budget.

The installers, Mick and Jason, were very professional, very courteous, and very good about using masks when inside. I'm very happy with how the installation ended up, and I can warmly recommend this company. Be aware that at the moment (summer 2021), due to Covid-related issues, supply of heat pumps/air conditioners is a bit inconsistent. There was a bit of a delay in getting the units in stock, but this seems to be a problem every installer is facing. Raymond was good about keeping me up to date on that progress, and once the units were in, the installation proceeded without delay.

Spoke to Raymond with regards to installing an AC unit in my log cabin which is where I work from. Most days, it's like a sauna in there and the 'AC' units that I purchased were merely circulating hot air. Raymond came out to me the following day after our phone call and in less then a week, ordered and had it installed. Customer service is brilliant, contactable via email or phone and very responsive. Engineers who came out were polite, courteous and left the area completely clean. Highly recommend not wasting your money on these portable units and invest that bit extra and go with these guys, you won't be disappointed.

We have an Air Source Heat Pump in a out new home and it was due a service. As very new to this heating system so contacted a few different companies seeking quotes and info. From the very start of the call Raymond at Constant Cooling was fantastic. Talked me though a lot of the info and gave me all the time in the world. Really very helpful and very genuine person to talk to.

The engineers that came to do the service were great and chatty and were happy to talk me through a few things and even taught me a couple of bits to help look after the system. I really like using local companies and the fact the quote was the most reasonable was the cherry on top. I have an office at the end of my Garden, and being fully insulated it becomes very hot as soon as external temperatures hit mid 20's. It is my place of work and I needed proper AC for both cooling and heating - fans didn't do anything in the summer. So I started looking for AC installation and found Constant Cooling were local to me. There was a very prompt response to my initial query and a visit was booked.

During the inspection we were given useful information and advice around size, location etc along with agreement around budget. A full quote was received the same evening which was in line with my requirements and budget. The installation date was confirmed a short while after instruction. They arrived all ok and a courteous two man crew worked through four seasons of weather and finished without fuss.

As result, I now have an improved working environment and very happy with the all round service from Constant Cooling, from enquiry, quote to installation. I would highly recommend.

We would definitely recommend Constant Cooling. From Phil, who came to discuss our air conditioning requirements, to Raymond in the office, who always returned calls and communicated well, and finally the installers Michael and Jason, who were professional, hard-working and polite, everything went well. We had three units installed, one of which involved working around a tricky RSJ, but they sorted it out with neither fuss nor mess. They stuck to the timetable and the budget. Great service. We contacted several companies for quotes, with varying results. We were very impressed with the level of detail provided, the advice and the quote from Constant cooling. This was followed up with good contact, and further advice from Raymond, who also ensured we were kept up to date with the progress of our order. The two fellows that fitted our units, Mike & Jason were very professional and carried out their work to a very high standard with great feedback on the process throughout.

Our two Panasonic units have only been in heat mode so far but they look good and are everything we expected. They are especially quiet too which is a fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking to add a HVAC system to their home.

Excellent service from the initial phone call requesting a quote through to the installation and commissioning of the units. Highly professional, in particular the 2 fitters - Mike & Jason - were exemplary in their work ethic, their craftsmanship, cleanliness and COVID awareness. Could not be more delighted with the quality of their workmanship, and hopefully the product - too early to fully assess the Panasonic units yet!
