I am Married to Rachel My Son Marcus is a Apprentice Electrician / Refrigeration engineer and my daughter Clare is responsible for Service and Accounts. We have lived in Rackheath for 25 years, The Fresh Air Company is also based in Rackheath. We have a office and workshop next to Howes Garage right in the heart of Rackheath.

Fresh Air carried out our a/c servicing this morning. Mark the engineer was very professional, thorough and did an excellent job. He was polite, chatty and tidied up after himself. He arrived on time and ensured we were happy with his social distancing and measures taken. I would have no hesitation in recommending The fresh Air Company.

Fresh Air Company fitted a central air system to my home. Compared to alternative quotes quotes their price was good, and delivered the exact solution I wanted (central air) which seemed too difficult for their competitors. The installers very competent, worked quickly, did a fantastic job with the minimum of disruption. I am delighted with the result and would not hesitate to recommend Fresh Air Company yo anyone wanting air conditioning installed at home.

What an amazing firm. We required a new cellar cooler and are so very pleased we chose the Fresh Air company. They dealt with our quite urgent problem with no fuss at all. Within two days we had our cellar temperature where it should be. The engineers were with us nearly thirteen hours (on a Friday too) without complaint. They were polite, efficient and left no mess at all.
They talked us through how to adjust the cooler, how to clean it and what they had done in simplistic terms and were as cheerful when they left as when they arrived. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
