Agriculture-Propellers Report

On Christmas Eve at 08:30 I was contacted by my customer and asked to find an 800mm Flakt Wood Fan. On contacting the Colchester sales office I was fortunate enough to be connected to Alison Taylor who not only assisted in identifying the product, but then set out to find a solution and a suitable replacement. with the deadline of the Christmas closure looming, Alison not only arranged for the dispatch of the replacement from their factory but also organised a courier to come in and collect it for delivery to a 5* hotel in the centre of London.

At 12:37 in what must have been one of Alison's last things before finishing for a well deserved break I received an email informing me that the fan had been delivered at 12:00 noon. Exemplary service by an extraordinarily dedicated individual. On behalf of myself and my customer, THANK YOU ALISION
