From the first visit by the salesman we were kept informed as to when to expect out installation. The date given for installation was kept to and the time to do the job was accurate. Everything very professional and well organized from survey to final commisioning and check-out of system. Installation engineers knowledgable and did their best to minimize disruption in our house. Everything went exactly as planned even though one of engineers went sick half way through install. Another equally competent man replaced him. System great and very pleased. Would recomend 100%

TRS installed a 5 unit Daikin system into our house. They cheerfully accomodated a couple of fairly-late design changes and non-standard requests we asked for and installation proceeded exactly on schedule. Installation team were polite, tidy and unobtrusive. Most of the work (electric wiring, pipework) took place in the loft and it was left neat on completion with insulation and flooring in good order. Very happy with service and final result.

Really amazing service from start to finish with these guys, they were friendly, efficient and did a great job fitting my air-con unit. Tristan was honest when quoting and found me the best units that would fit at much more reasonable prices than bigger online businesses! I felt safe they knew what they were doing. Very professional. I would 100% recommend, and will continue with their maintenance service in the future.

Thankfully we thought ahead and had TRS Cooling Ltd install air con into 2 of our bedrooms in April this year. We would highly recommend Tristan and his team. They answered all our queries prior to placing an order and when installing they did a great, friendly, professional job. We wouldn't be without the air con now.
