1st Class Air Conditioning Wholesalers! Sales team in the office Eve & Ben are fantastic and very helpful going above and beyond to help with orders and delivery's. Also, come in early hours to respond to emails and enquires. Branch Manager Burak is a star as there has been many of times I have place orders and they haven't had the stock due to high demands Burak will also go the extra mile to help and find the stock so you are not letting the clients down.
Also any queries you have he will also get to the bottom of them and sort this. Sales Manager Dean 1st class service all the time can always call him at all hours for quotes and questions about the kit. Always going the extra mile to help. Very friendly and easy to work with. 1st Class Company wont be using anyone else but these guys. 5 Stars

I agree with Chris Pearson on the "Go to hell" kind of attitude towards sale. I called them initially and asked about Multi Split unit. The staff asked ask me to email the details and house dimensions, which i sent promptly. Got a call from one of the service guy who was not willing to give any information without an fgas engineer calling them. I explained to him i am doing my research and NOT going to install myself, just want to have a estimate, so i can plan what is my investment in comparison to a gas boiler, complete piping and new installation.
After giving him examples of my property in India, which has 3 LG Split inverter units, was he able to give me the website info to look up. I wonder how such attitude will reduce the CARBON FOOTPRINT. Its really slow and I don't have the patience to deal. Thank you.

Took 3 months to open an account due to very bad organisational issues. Took 3 months to get an invoice for us to make payment as our email address on the system was wrong and I had informed Kooltech of this many times. General service is terrible so Kooltech have lost around 10k in sales due to this but do not seem to care. I have been asking for our online account to be linked to our credit account so we can get the full online service but having asked many times I have now give up.
