Absolutely appalling service received. Bodged my installation to the point it's beyond common sense let alone lack of knowledge. Unit didn't work properly and although some of it was down to the unit from Eberspacher, the poor fitting tipped it off and had them remove it. Dale was abusive and couldn't answer simple questions as it would of. been better if he would of been honest from the onset.
He actually blamed me for changing the order at the last minute for a better unit which I only knew about in the day after him telling me. I was there six hours in total for the fitting and he told me three to four. Control unit was installed in a place which was hard to see so had them.

Amazing service from the guys at this place! The eberspacher heater in my motorhome wasn't working properly, the heater was only blowing hot air in both heating and ventilation modes and the thermostat wasn't working. I feared the worst and was imagining a new control board or controller world be needed. Taking it to these guys saved me a lot of money as they were able to fix the connections and reprogram the unit and it works beautifully now. Highly recommend this place to anyone with one of these heaters that needs some attention. Thank you so much!

I have had an air con problem in my T5 shuttle for 6 years and nobody has been able to find a leak anywhere. These guys found it and sorted it pretty much straight away at a fraction of the cost I have spent on the problem over the last six years. Lovely honest people and I can't recommend them highly enough. Just wish I had heard about them sooner.

I decided to fit my heater one day, little realising it was a Sunday over the Christmas period, when I hit a snag. I had my fuel tank on the drive, bits all over the place and then realised I had a wrong part! In a blind panic I scrabbled around and found Dale who went out of his way to go and hunt a part down and he was happy for me to come and disturb his Christmas break so I could come to his home and pick it up! Job done, heater fitted, panic averted! I think that says a lot about the man. Thanks Dale
