Excellent throughout. Friendly, professional, organised and well priced vs other companies for A/C installation. Telephone support and face-to-face the staff were kind and provided a great service. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness Poor service. Paid up front for a call out - earliest date was a week away. On the day of the appointment, called 30 minutes after the appointment time to say they were not coming and the next available appointment was in 2 weeks' time. Initially refused to give a refund when I asked to cancel but eventually did. Service: A/C system repair

Good unit at great price for starters, then great culture and service throughout. Lads helped my wife (who had our baby with her), helped me on pick up, admin staff really friendly, and when we had a tiny problem with the contract they couldn't do enough to resolve and make sure we were happy. A brilliant product, brilliant experience from a brilliant company from top to bottom.

Residential AC install in a London townhouse. Very professional service from a well-established company that also has a decent show-room. Multiple home visits to estimate cost and then survey where to install, with detailed project plan provided before install date set. Various options provided and I was consulted at all stages. Neat install job.

The Air Conditioning Company were excellent to do business with for my fitted unit which works perfectly. They had great customer service and gave me a good indication of the most relevant unit to purchase and they installed it in a way so that it looks great above my TV, perfectly symmetrical. After an initial mix up with them receiving the wrong colour order (I changed my mind on black/white after the initial order so it was an easy mixup) they quickly rectified it and got the correct one sent immediately over.
After installing it they realised the power point outside wasn't stable enough and so they also neatly installed a new power point externally to the house in a tidy manner. They also ensured a clean finish (making good where any paint was effected although they were very careful to protect the decorations. All in all I am very happy with the service that I have received so far and would definitely recommend them highly.
The air conditioning unit doubles up as a heating unit too so it can add benefit all year round. In the height of summer when I had the unit on it actually managed to cool not just the room it is installed in, but the adjacent room too when I left the door open which was a lovely bonus given the heat wave we had. When I have the budget to do so I would be keen to get air conditioning in the bedroom too now that I have had the taste of it! Highly recommended and worthwile investment if you are looking to improve your comfort.

With my flat situated literally in the eves of a large house, it heats up when the sun is out and baking the roof. I had A/C installed many years ago now and it was money well spent, a good night's sleep is priceless. The Air Con Company installed and service my system, and I have found them reliable, friendly, and efficient. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I found this company by googling. When I got in contact I was very impressed by both the office and field staff. A lot of care was taken in discussing the unit and during the site survey. We then had a long delay but the minute I had planning permission a team came round, at 8.30 sharp, including an electrician from Manorside Electrical, and by 3.30pm the work was all done and the place left spotless. The men were also polite and considerate. Most importantly the unit is neat, compact, almost silent, and provides heat and cold on demand. I am a very happy customer.

When every company in last summers heatwave were quoting a 10 day delivery on portable
Air Conditioners I was in a quandary because I was very unwell. This company listened to my plight and delivered two units in 3 hours.They even carried the units upstairs to my bedroom. I now recommend them to everyone. Thank you. I'll be using them eventually for a fixed system.
