Just had Air Improve put an air conditioning unit into the storeroom at Broughton Community Shop - a potentially tricky job due to the constraints of space and the building. The service we received was excellent from the initial survey to the follow up after install. The team fitted in a second survey for our peace of mind and then, on the day of fitting, the team was again excellent. Thoughtful, found an even better solution for the venting, respectful of the customers and village hall users, extremely clean and tidy - job well done! A follow up drop in by a member of the team on the next day was an added bonus. This was the 3rd unit that Air Improve has fitted. Highly recommended.

This is the second home in which we have installed air conditioning with Air Improve. The whole experience was made easier for us by the knowledge, professionalism and understanding shown by the team. We were just moving in to our home after a particularly stressful conveyance, but the Air Improve team worked around the chaos without complaint. Air Improve installed an air conditioning unit in my residential property. They did a fantastic job and all of their staff were really friendly and helpful, going that extra mile to answer all of our questions about the units and how they worked. A very professional service from Jeremy and the team from Plymouth for a domestic installation. I was kept well informed at all stages, installation disruption was minimal and the supporting paperwork first class.

I would just like to say thank you to your team, I called this morning to say one of our air conditioning units had broken down, a really nice lady said she would try and track down an engineer and let me know when someone would be out. I then had a wonderful engineer turn up, fixed the unit and left. But he was polite, friendly and very clean and tidy. Please pass a big thank you from the whole office to our engineer.

Air Improve have maintained the air conditioning system in our Romsey office for many years, but they excelled themselves when assisting with the fit out of our new offices in Portishead. Their professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness made all the hard work much easier to deal with.
