Just had air conditioning fitted to three office room by Steve and his team. Fantastic service and the units are working brilliantly, quiet and effective. Joe and Jake fitted the units, really polite, nothing to much trouble, worked around my staff who were able to carry on working. Joe insisted on cleaning up any mess they left, even straightened my pictures on the walls of my office as he went, .
Really nice lads, explained how to work them, and didnt leave until we were absolutely happy with everything. Will be using them again for further rooms. Really good company highly recommended

Lake have done quite a bit of work for us over the last few years, at our head office and retail store locations on a mixture of large and small A/C and heating systems. The work has always been of a good standard, and pricing competitive, but most of all it's the 'can-do' attitude of their management and installation engineers that earns maximum stars for this rating. In their line of work not everything will always go to plan, so it's this willingness to think around challenges and find solutions that really impresses.

Matt and his mate did a great job with the A/C installation in my living room. 5* from start to finish, they explained everything to me i.e. how to take off and clean the A/C filters and they spent so much time hoovering up all the debris from drilling to make sure the place is as neat and tidy as it was before the installation work began. No complaints, very professional.

Without doubt the most proffesional company I have ever used. Joe cannot be faulted for his exellent customer skills and couldn't have been more helpful during the installation of our AC system. All during the fitting, the areas were vacuumed and left very clean with no dust to be seen. Finally instructing us on the use of the remote. Highly recommended. Well done to all at Lake

Steve has installed two AC Daikin units in my property and I can't rate him and the team highly enough. Workmanship is outstanding, always responds quickly to emails, and price is always competitive. He's also been back out to look at a slight noise i had coming from my office unit, no quibbles, quickly identified the problem and got it sorted. Really good to find a local person who you can trust

I have used the team at Lake refrigeration for many years now, and continue to be impressed with their reliability, friendliness, and always going the extra mile! My fridge is a relatively rare model, getting older and spares not readily available. However, the team continue to give TLC, and always manage to find a way to get it running properly, create innovative parts when necessary, and all with a smile and lots of patience. They have also supplied and fitted a single very modern unit into my external home office which again was fitted to a very high standard with exceptional service.
