Most of the air conditioning systems we install can heat as well as cool and are known as 'Air-to-air heat pumps'. Air to air heat pumps take the outside air, even when it's cold outside, and use it to heat your home through an indoor unit or series of fans. This technology can also be reversed to cool the house in the summer months and are commonly known as air conditioning systems.
Air to air heat pumps heat and cool a space - with energy extracted from the air and just 20% electricity - an exceptionally energy-efficient way to achieve the perfect temperature year-round. Heat pump technology used in air conditioning systems is always evolving. All leading manufacturers are producing systems with increased performance and reduced energy usage, enabling both domestic and commercial buildings to enjoy the many benefits of air conditioning and alternative methods of heating.Air to air heat pumps extract heat from the outside air, even on the coldest winter days.

We're delighted with their installation / replacement of our old air conditioning system and also to have finally found a decent air conditioning company / people with whom to deal. We'd been without a properly working a/c unit for sometime and after our dreadful experience with 3 other companies, two of which were Daikin DI business partners, we were on the point of giving up and making do with an old oil radiator / 12 fan depending on the outside temperature - until we spoke to these guys.
Finding decent people / companies is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Complete Cooling Systems care about customer satisfaction and are able to do the two things which most companies / people are unable to do - say what they're going to do and do it.without drama, shoddy workmanship or making it up as they go along in the hope of fleecing the customer.

We have just had an A/C installation with this company and we were very pleased with their workmanship, they were efficient, polite and very considerate of us as we were shielding from Covid. They worked hard, finishing the job in good time, they also cleaned up as they went. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Complete Cooling Systems Ltd.

We approached Complete Cooling for a quotation for a home office air conditioning installation and chose them overall due to the, professional, comprehensive and responsive nature of the initial contact. That continued following our order, being kept informed of what to expect and when. The installation went without a hitch, as promised and to a high standard.
Our installer Grant took an abundance of time and care to ensure things were installed properly. He consulted with us throughout to make sure that we were happy with everything, giving us the option to change things (we didn't need to). The whole installation felt relaxed and unpressured and not just a case of getting it in as quickly as possible which is so often the case. The final result looks great and will hopefully mean we enjoy a cool office for years to come!

What a great experience! We wanted Air Conditioning installed in one room in our house but had some specific requirements. As it was a bedroom we wanted a quiet, unobtrusive system and as this is not an every day investment, we wanted to be careful to find the right company to supply and carry out the work. CCS were true to every word their website promised, with a professional approach from a down to earth team, who offered solid advice and uncomplicated, competitive recommendations.
The system we chose was fitted as planned and the finished result is superb. I believe that if a job is worth doing, it's worth doing properly and from some aspects I guess that might make me a 'fussy customer'. So bear that in mind when i say that I would 100% recommend CCS to anyone!

The service I received from Complete Cooling systems was nothing less than outstanding. In this day and age, you get some pretty rubbish customer service and it is always a nice surprise when you have such a fantastic experience. From the word go, Complete Cooling were professional, responsive, reliable and friendly. What a great company and service.
