I had 2 units installed. Lee came out to make sure I was happy during the install as we needed to tweak the original plans. Very friendly service. Lee came over, we agreed on the locations and specs. Set a date and the engineers arrived ready. They cleanly installed 2 air conditioners without any complaints even though the locations weren't easy.

This company is worrh its weight in platinum! 5* for sales 5* for product. 5* for service 5* for cost. I had units fitted 7/10/20 and I was amazed how reasonable they were to fit VAT 5%. Done go anywhere else we had a fault today we reported it at 10.30am and fixed by 13.00hr the same day I have referred other customers and they have been AMAZED! We have saved 450 off our energy costs in the last 2 years, what's not to like in these times!

Been looking for a company that specialises in heat source pumps for over 2 years now and have finally found this absolute gem of a company! A complicated installation is absolutely no problem for these brilliant engineers. So pleased we called them first as I'm not sure others would have taken the trouble to design and implement such an excellent system. From start to finish everything was so professionally handled with minimum fuss, maximum skill and clear communication. We ended up with a beautiful set of heat pumps/air conditioning including an amazing in-ceiling bedroom system that we didn't envisage would be possible. Can confidently and safely install even after everything decorated. Marvellous people who will truly look after you and your house.

This was a small domestic air con install. Lee came round to do the initial site assessment and quote. He proposed a unit with a very simple controller for my elderly mother. The price was acceptable and a date was set. The team came on time and, by arrangement, not too early :- Everything was completed on the day and the site left very tidy - Mum was delighted.

After years of suffering with overheated legs I have Just had an aircon unit fitted in our bedroom, the installation went like a dream, the two fitters where brilliant, clean and tidy. What a massive difference it has made- no more overheating legs, a lovely controlled air temperature and a good nights sleep. The price was very competitive and would highly recommend, only wish I had it fitted sooner.

Could not recommend more! I wanted an air conditioning unit installed in my home, and Not Just Cooling delivered excellent service every step of the way. They came out for a quote promptly, helped customize the unit and installation to suit my home, and had it installed just a few weeks later! I had several questions throughout the process, and they were always available and very knowledgeable.
They were incredibly considerate during install (masks and social distancing of course) and consulted my opinion when appropriate. In and out in just a few hours and even ran the hoover before they left! Very happy to be in business with Max and Claire :)

I decided to take a leap and have air con put into one of our rooms at home. Didn’t know where to start. I dropped an enquiry through to not just cooling and was contacted back by Max the next day. I was given honest, impartial advice relating to what unit met my needs and after providing a couple of photos of the room and outside wall was booked in for a visit.
The day before I got a text to advise what time to expect the team. They arrived on site in professional company kit and vans, took their shoes off before entering the house and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. No fuss, all mess cleared up, super tidy work, polite people and a clear explanation of how the system works before leaving. They made a wonderfully neat job and I’ve signed up for a once yearly service contract at a very reasonable cost to keep the system in top condition and it extends the warranty from 2 to 5 years. Based on my experience not just cooling come highly recommended and you might find air con for your house isn’t as expensive as you thought!

Fantastic experience with Not Just Cooling from start to finish, they were really quick to come and check out my house and advise on whats best, they were really helpful and advised exactly what would be right for me. There was a bit of a wait on installation due to them being busy, however a gap came up weeks sooner than my installation was due and they were extremely quick to get in touch and fit me in asap. I am made up with my A/C unit, exactly what I needed. I would recommend them fully.

We are a manufacture of medical products. It is essential our equipment never lets us down. Not Just Cooling are our go too contractor for many years now. The service is outstanding in every way. I don't worry about any of our cooling equipment etc as I know it is in good hands. This is a very professional company and am very happy to recommend. With a dining room that’s too hot in the summer & too cold in the winter, installing suitable air conditioning was very important.
