With sweltering weather on the way I thought it might be time to have air conditioning installed in our office. After many quotes and site surveys we decided to go with Abacus Air Conditioning Ltd, not only were they price competitive, extremely punctual & professional, but after seeing how amazing their commercial air conditioning installations were we knew they'd do a great job! Nick and the team definitely over-delivered when it came to customer service and quality throughout the installation.
We had 6 Mitsubishi cassette units across our two floors. I couldn't quite believe how quickly the installation was & the incredibly high standard they place on their projects, but I guess that's what you get with experience. Just as they said, it cools our office effectively and efficiently, we couldn't be happier with the work. Despite them being based in London they do also cover Hertfordshire (we are in Cheshunt), so I would definitely recommend them if you are based here also, thank you again team!

Nick and his team were great throughout the whole process. We required quite a bespoke HVAC system for our new lab/pilot hall setup in East London and Abacus were great right from the start. I specified our air exchange requirements and they took the project from there delivering a perfect solution. We also required various air offtake points throughout our lab and the team were able to put them in exactly where required. We will continue to use Abacus for all future HVAC/Aircon Jobs as we expand into further sites.

Abacus have been servicing our office units for over 5 years and they've always been on time, friendly and get the job done quickly whilst being respectful of the fact that it's an office and people are working. They always clean up after themselves and their response times when our systems occasionally have a fault are unbelievably quick. The engineers are all really lovely and don't use jargon when explaining something.
We never put the AC service out to tender because we're so happy with the service and price we get from abacus. Speaking with Nick and his team is really straight forward and no nonsense so in 2020 I had them install AC at my home residence. Once again, the engineers were friendly, arrived on time and got the job done quickly and tidied up after themselves so we'll I'm pretty sure it was cleaner after they left than before they arrived!
After it was installed they stayed behind for a really good amount of time to test everything and show me how to use the controls. I'm so happy my bedroom is not longer a sweat box in the summer. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abacus for commercial or residential AC. Top gents!
