As we all know, the more you look after equipment, the less chance of a breakdown at that critical time!

Preventative maintenance contracts reduce the chance of a breakdown. They ensure your systems are working correctly and efficiently.

Air conditioning systems that are not looked after will be running with dirty filters and coils. Once dirt builds up on these, the efficiency of your system will decline. After time, this will cause problems such as condensation leaks and bad odours.

Book a maintenance with Pretty Cool Customers to ensure that your system is running as efficiently as possible.

For systems over 3kg of gas, we provide you with a maintenance sheet that complies with the new F-Gas regulations. This ensures that there are no refrigerant leaks in your system.

Repairs

Unfortunately, air conditioning systems do break down from time to time. It might be a simple condensate leak or a faulty compressor.

Our engineers have the technical knowledge to fault find and repair all brands.

If your system is not working why not call us to arrange for an engineer to get it resolved for you.

Exceptionally neat and tidy! Fantastic team that worked so professionally we hardly knew there were there! Overall from start to finish - totally satisfied. Can't recommend Pretty Cool Customers highly enough! Also, had the privilege of having some personal home work done with the same crew several months ago, and again the work was amazing! No complications at all - even down to the best piece of equipment for the job - just leave it to the experts!

The tidying up afterwards left us speechless! The area was cleaner than it had been before they started the work! Thank you all so much! Looking forward to the warmer weather now!
