I needed an air-conditioning system for my garden room rather than an electric radiator, this would give the option of heating and cooling as required. From first point of contact to install and aftercare, Ian and Douglas have been very helpful, professional and pleasant to deal with. The unit is precisely what I wanted and it has been installed cleanly and neatly to a very high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

First rate service from a friendly local company. We needed a replacement split air conditioning unit and both Ian and Douglas attended the day after my initial phone call. They assessed my requirements and made a recommendation based upon being able to re-use the embedded pipes which meant no building works or redecoration. Competitive quote arrived the following day.
I checked the interior unit size just to be sure which took me until the afternoon and the unit was ordered then. It came two business days later and was fitted the day after that. Fuss free installation, old unit cleared away and room left spotless. Both Ian and Douglas are friendly and helpful and worked carefully and conscientiously. All done within a week - first rate service. Thank you.
