Mr Jones arrived on time and informed me via text each day when he would arrive. I asked for a designer radiator to be installed which is 5 feet tall. He explained what would be required and how long it would take. He also serviced my boiler and installed a new radiator. Can't thank him enough for all the hard work as it looks great

Phil and Callum moved my boiler and radiators. They were both very informative, professional and carried out the work to a very high standard. Price was as agreed in quote despite the job being more complicated than the original estimate. Both offered great advice to use the boiler settings to improve efficiency - would definitely recommend both.

Phillip was generous enough to let me accompany him and get work experience for a week as I am currently working towards completing my gas qualification. Philip is without a doubt one of the most professional engineers I've worked with. Using shoe covers and dust sheets, leaving a job spotless wondering if we had even be there at all. Phillip does installs, repair and service jobs to a high standard and with a friendly manner. I highly recommend Jones heating to anyone in need of a gas engineer.

Our boiler broke whilst we were away over the new year break - Philip came out just a couple of hours after we called, and promptly diagnosed the problem. He completed a partial repair so we had heating immediately, and drove to get a part first thing the next morning, as soon as it was available (due to bank holiday closures), giving us hot water again! We are really pleased to have found such a professional, friendly and knowledgeable company, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you Philip and Darryl!

Always use this company, would not go anywhere else. Punctual, professional, trustworthy, very coscientious and reasonably priced ( won't rip you off). My family also use this company. We all thoroughly recommend. Another job. Last week Phil serviced our boiler and my dads. There was a fault with my dads, very time consuming, however, Phil did not leave until all was sorted, he was very patient and explained everything to my dad. I cannot say enough about this company, really, nothing is too much trouble and he will not leave until the job is done
