Founded in 1982 we have a wealth of expertise at your disposal. Based in Wokingham we serve the heart of the Thames Valley and the surrounding counties. Thorough, regular servicing is the basis of our work, aided by detailed and comprehensive service schedules. This helps to find faults early on, minimising breakdowns, extending plant life and minimising overall costs.
Our approach to commercial maintenance is to keep everything as simple and clear as possible. We maintain all types of boilers, heating, air conditioning, plumbing and ventilation systems in a wide variety of commercial premises. Effective maintenance programs ensure that plant life is maximised by finding damaging faults early on and minimising the frequency and magnitude of breakdowns. When a breakdown occurs we will always respond swiftly organising replacement parts and labour as quickly as possible.
All staff receive very thorough and traditional training in house and are required to attend a broad range of manufacturer training ensuring a high level of competence. Our technicians and support staff are continually updated on modern appliances, systems and methods. By the close of the year we will also be OFTEC registered enabling us to carry out installation and commissioning of oil fired appliances. We consider team work to be essential to our core philosophy and indeed are keen to be thought of as part of your support team.
