Very arrogant staff I met. Young man parked close to my car at Guildford Tow Center car park, parked so close to my car on the right that his female passenger struggled to get out of the car. She bangs my door, with her door opening. Then she pulls arrogant face and starts having a go at me! - Wow. She goes You parked over the line! I got surprised cause I never do - I looked through the window and I wasn't parked over even a little bit.
She still keep going " You parked over the line! Then make driver came and he started having a go at me. He says : Oh she apologised and you parked over the line! What's your problem?!" He goes loudly annoyed. - - I still can't believe- really where how did I parked over line if I wasn't.? He says Your front wheel! I looked again- Front wheel was turned slightly touching line - wow but car sides we're away from line!
Any way I Moved the wheel. Then he goes - That's better! and they still both angry on me.! Wow - I was thinking- So what ever service they will provide, best don't complain - it will be your fault anyway :-) Very nasty attitude. And she did not apologised. The man says - I heard she apologised:-D just say sorry. Don't say I heard she apologised And carry on.
What a nasty couple driving company car and don't care how they exposed them self. women seem not sober ( it was 10am in the morning) She was about at some point walking of the car then she marches back yelling- stop looking at me.! I quickly locked the doors and closed windows. I wasn't even looking at her. I was texting on the phone to work colleagues. But definitely their attitude put off to have anything serviced from them. cause if anything goes wrong - mmmhhh best don't complain very angry people.
