Tried to charge me 1400 said I need a brand new compressor, lucky I got another quote, because I have now been quoted only $300 for a new part that had broken and can be replaced.

I got Vehikool to do a cheap $75 check on my 1994 Toyota Corolla to find out why the aircon was leaking refrigerant. They diagnosed a leaking condenser and quoted me a price range to fix the issue. I gave them the job which turned out exactly as quoted and the aircon has been working flawlessly since then. I can only recommend their service, their friendliness and professionalism. These guys really know their car air-con. Took my 17 year old Holden V8 in to get the air con fixed. Found out that a specific part can't be obtained anymore (new or second hand). Vehikool was able to still get it fixed by taking spare pipe pieces and doing some special cutting & welding. If you want the job done right by guys who know what they're doing, this place is for you.

These friendly guys really know their stuff! So refreshing to get honest expert advice that also saved me heaps of money. Took car to dealership when AirCon was not blowing any cold air, who charged a $180 diagnostic fee to tell me the compressor & tx valve needed replacing for about $2200. Went to Vehikool instead and they found & replaced a faulty AC Control Valve for $525 and now AC is blowing cold as good as new. Couldn't be happier, and I highly recommend them.

The AC in our Iveco Daily stopped working. IVECO Adelaide couldn't look at the issue for a week. We contacted Vehikool and they looked at the vehicle the next morning and by lunchtime we were back on the road They diagnosed the issue as a hole in a high pressure hose, replaced the hose, regassed the AC and tested it. I was recommended to come here by my trusted mechanic after experiencing no cold aircon whatsoever. Another local mechanic that claims to be able to work on aircons and do re-gassing, said the compressor needed replacing for around $1200. Took the car to Vehikool and they identified it was two $2 O-rings that require replacement, and after performing the repairs the car was cold and performed beautifully until I sold it years later. Take your car to Vehikool for all aircon needs, you'll get specialist advice, rather than generic advice from someone with very general knowledge.

I brought my 86' RX7 here to overhaul the A/C system and a new Radiator replacement. The waiting time was long in summer months, it is better to book-in during winter if you are not in a hurry.
