Air Control & Development Ltd based in Walsall in the West Midlands has been established since 1994 and has exceptional experience in the design, installation, service and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation systems and overdoor air curtains for retail, commercial, industrial, leisure and domestic premises. We have a local feel but service the whole of the UK.All systems are provided with a period of warranty, but regular maintenance is essential to ensure smooth, continuous operation, to maximise running costs and to eunsure peace of mind.

Mark Broome was originally employed as a CAD operative in 1996 and progressed to manage our Contracts Department. Stuart Hassall started as a design apprentice in 1999 and has progressed to manage the Design Department. Edward Shipley looks after air conditioning designs and Cad, whilst Alex Byatt prepares the drawings and is completing an apprenticeship leading to progression within the department.
Our expertise covers design, installation, service and maintenance of air conditioning and ventilation systems for retail, commercial, industrial, leisure and domestic premises. More recently we have moved on to providing the complete mechanical package, including plumbing and welfare facilities. We install all types of energy efficient systems including the inverter driven air cooled heat pump systems which are subject to ECA.
