Disappointed with AMP today. Ordered a 5k heatpump to be delivered to a customers address 2 weeks before we could start the job as its silly season, unboxed unit when we got to site to find its been clearly damaged by a ratchet strap in transit. Customer very unhappy as its clearly needs reworking and all AMP can do is say you should have checked it when it was delivered. Thanks a bunch AMP last time I ever use you for an expanding air to water line of work.
