We found Dometic Service in Orlando through an on-line search. The air conditioner that we had in our living room/kitchen area of our RV needed to either be repaired or replaced. Since our air conditioner was a Dometic and they offered mobile service, we decided to call them. Their technician, Robert Pohle immediately worked us into his schedule to access our problem. Robert was very thorough and took pictures of everything to show us.
It was determined that we needed a new unit. It had to be ordered but it came in within a week. Robert called us the afternoon of the day it came in and scheduled us for the next day, first thing in the morning to install it. He did a great job and we are cool once again. Robert was thorough, prompt, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us. We would highly recommend Robert and Dometic Service in Orlando.
