STAC Climate Control was set up in 2002 by Stephen Brady and Anna Brennan who jointly have worked in the refrigeration and air conditioning trade for over 60 years. Stephen has been in the industry for over 35 years starting in the early 80's designing and manufacturing refrigeration units. From there he has held senior positions in national companies as technical engineer repairing systems and training new engineers.
In today's market air conditioning is being used more and more as the summers are getting hotter and people become more knowledgeable about the advantages of air conditioning particularly in office environments. If you own a car with air conditioning would you go back to the day when your car didn't have air conditioning?
Our engineers have worked in all areas of refrigeration such as the production, research and development of bottle coolers, freezers and ice machines. We can supply, install, repair, remove and maintain all of these products and if you can't see your requirement above contact us and we will try to help.
We can get involved in all stages of the planning process for installing air conditioning on small or large scales. From advice on the types of unit best suited to working out budget costs from building plans, to working out time scales. The government now offers tax relief against profit for the installation of energy efficient air conditioning systems.

I went to this school from 1975-82. It contributed to my successes in later life (university degree, PhD, and am now an environmental consultant in Ontario, Canada). I still have work habits that were ingrained into me by my teachers back then. Life is what you make of it - St Thomas' helped me along the way.

Very good school in academics, good standards of teaching and strict which is a good thing but the teachers need more training on how to approach parents. It is a catholic school but the teachers discriminate against students. They do not help children who are struggling with their behaviour all they threaten the parents with is they are looking into kicking the child out of the school.
Some of the teachers need a change of school especially those who have been there longer than usual they need to go out and see what is happening in the world and know that racism has changed majority of the students are from ethnic minority's and that school is no place for those who regard ethnic minority's as below them.

This school was the worst School in Southwark during the 2000s. As a student, i was constantly bullied by both pupils and teachers. Teachers had no hope in me and i was blacklisted by my whole year. This school was more trash than it is (my year passed with 33% GCSE's inc English and Maths) Now that the school is indeed 'successful', i believe it is successful for all the wrong reasons.
As someone who is now successful and works in Education, the school going through an outdated route of unruly strictness and Autocratic leadership does not help pupils achieve their goals. The teachers can keep boasting about 'being top in southwark' or whatever but it seems they are only interested in being in the top rather than helping pupils achieve their goals from i've read.
It's time the school rethink its strategy and start thinking about looking back at the old days how it was (minus the bad behaviour). Not this new nonsense of harsh discipline that is soooo 2006.

The Secondary School is very good and is up to a high Standard. It is rewarded to be the best in the country which is well reserved. But know the Sixth Form. This is a true mockery to the saint St Thomas him self. The Head of Sixth form Miss Pierce is the domino to bring the whole of the sixth form down. She has contaminated student with her ''awaiiight'' word and doesn't understand students well enough to run this Job is my opinion.
This is very sad due to the fact that how the secondary part of the school as become a huge success. This is very heartbreaking but as a teacher of the school do not bring your children to this Sixth Form as it's best of your child and for his own future. May St Thomas the Apostle pray for this sixth form. Amen.

This place is a place where your children will get good grades and will have a very good job in the future. Also this place has a swimming poll, 3G astroturf, basketball courts(inside),f utsal etc. In adition this place has practical rooms (where we make experiments),a rt and creativity place, music departments including orchestras e.g. SYO (southwark youth orchestra). Is also a placr where your child will get advice on questions he has and there us a school counciler also your child can go and visit other countries e.g. Germany Berlin, France Paris, Scotland Edinburgh and Italy

Both my sons go to this school I have heard a lot of bad stories and have had a few conversations with some teachers. One of my sons needs extra help so I am looking to see how his needs will be met quite OK with what the governors and teachers are trying to do. I hope they succeed both the school and the community of parents need to help its not a one way street.
