I like the ice cream. But it's way to slow on service. The employees are friendly though. 3 stars are because of the speed in service.

Quick and easy - basic air conditioning regas and refill with oil and leak dye. All done within an hour. Friendly polite staff provide a great customer experience.

A amazing dairy bar/ice cream parlor with amazing service inside and outside seating and great waiters with multiple variations of ice cream. Though it is very busy in the afternoon so you may want to go around 2:00. I would very highly recommend it.

Going away to Europe and the A/C stopped working! Chilly Willys squeezed me in the next morning (Saturday) and had it all sorted in a couple of hours. Great customer service and good value.

A very professional service. After taking my car to two other garages, who were unsuccessful in finding the problem with the AC, I thought it was time to seek expert help. After leaving the car for the afternoon I was called and given a comprehensive diagnosis and presented with remedial options. The communication was great and the price was very reasonable. I am very happy with the service and my climate control is finally cool again!

I have not yet had any service provided by Chilly Willy, but they deserve a 5-star review, and this is why. Last year (2016) by Jag S-Type's aircon refused to blow cold. I took it to CW's, assuming it needed a regas, but it turned out that the electric fan, which cools both the engine and the aircon matrix, wasn't running (which explained why it had overheated earlier in very prolonged heavy traffic).

I needed the car over the next few days, so made an appointment to bring it back a week later: when I did, everything was working fine, so they explained that., since there was not currently a fault to trace and rectify, it would be pointless to dismantle or change bits on the off-chance of hitting the intermittently duff one. So, I should just keep an eye on it and bring it back if there was a problem.

And for this, they didn't charge me. Come the hot weather in June 2017, the aircon was playing up again, so back we went. Again, it was a non-functional fan. Again, I needed the car, and made another appointment. Again, everything was working fine when I brought it back. And, yet again, they didn't charge me for the time spent diagnosing nothing. They may not have actually done any work on my car, but they have demonstrated, two years in a row, that they are honest people. And, these days, that counts for a lot, IMHO.

Chilly Willy's are a fantastic business and extremely helpful when I contacted them recently. This therefore resulted in them completing some works on my Air Conditioning system which needed some general maintenance. Extremely professional and I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends

Romped over all local garages who claim to be experts in car air conditioning.take a tip chaps.stick to changing oil and tyres. Quick diagnosis, quality repair.good price. Highly recommended.
