Our air conditioning stopped working and they sent out an engineer the same day who fixed the issue.

I do not recommend this company, when I had a problem with one of their engineers, they could not even apologise for the problem and try to sort it out. I wasn't asking for them to apportion blame, but I was a good customer have spent a few thousand with them. All I got for my troubles was a Manager who just wanted to argue the toss, and would rather lose a customer that sort out the issues.
Very poor service when you have an issue with them. Not recommended at all. After 2 letters to the CEO WITHOUT acknowledgement TSS facilities tried to get us in trouble with our Managing Agents (to no avail), but we are a LIMITED company and they should only be dealing with us. So then rather than speak to us they have sent their invoice straight to a debt collector! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE AS IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WILL BULLY YOU UNTIL YOU PAY UP AND GET NO SERVICE FOR THAT MONEY!
