I must say from the first contact i am very impressed with Tony & his staff. He asked what we needed & came back with a solution & quote. when his engineers arrived they installed the air con system with minimum fuss. they were very professional. i am amazed how quick & tidy they were. these guys are the best. Very friendly and reliable service. After an initial inspection, one of our units had an issue and they came back to repair this. Kept informed of the issue and fixed to a high level. During his initial visit Tony outlined the advantages of a 'split system' providing air conditioning to both our lounge/diner and master bedroom. He also explained that modern AC systems are actually heat pumps, providing cold air in the summer and warm air in the winter (the latter at no extra cost) thus saving the need to have radiators on in the lounge/diner.
As there is no heating element involved the warm air is (almost) 'free'! Two alternative systems were quoted and we decided on a Daikin. Pre-installation queries were answered promptly by Val and Dan. Engineers Jo and Alan arrived promptly on the appointed day and time, and the system was installed over two days. Whilst connecting to the house electrics Jo found a fault which took an hour to locate but it was quickly sorted. An excellent and very professional installation by Jo and Alan. Completed with very little mess indoors.
What there was, was quickly hoovered up (as were the tea and chocolate biscuits!). All in all, an excellent and professional service from start to finish. Will definitely recommend H & D to my friends.

I have had my two AC units for two summers now. I would not know how to exist without them. The delight of being able to sleep in a cool room on the hottest night. I have lots of friends who appear to sit in the comfort of my air conditioned lounge! In the winter I don't have to heat the whole house they are excellent heaters as well as coolers. Excellent service from initial survey to installation and maintenance. Thank you. Have recommended to all my friends.

H&D are an excellent company and we have no hesitation in recommending them. The initial visit by Tony was informative and his depth of knowledge and commitment to providing the right solution for our home was reassuring. Questions regarding the quotation and the installation were answered quickly and clearly. The installation by Alan, Jo and Jake was excellent and they were all polite and friendly.
The routing of the pipework, unit installations, ducting and heat pump are as close to perfect as they could get. They were simply brilliant. An issue with the electrician was quickly resolved by Dan (Operations Manager) and everyone in the office were fantastic (thanks Jodie, Debbie, and Amy).

I have rarely felt so driven to write a review! This company is really exceptional. The whole process from enquiry to installation has been seamless and really professional. They trade on the fact that they are a 'family run' business, and this is evident from the personal and friendly way they dealt with all matters. And the installation was so well done.
