Services
Inspired to make a positive change to the facilities management industry, Willie and Susan Haughey established City Refrigeration Holdings (UK) Ltd in 1985. Their new enterprise was founded on collaboration and transparency. A ground-breaking approach took City FM from its humble beginnings to building long-term partnerships with leading retailers all over the world.
High achieving workspaces are productive, efficient and safe. City takes an end-to-end approach by self delivering every aspect of the built environment. Our integrated facilities management service brings together the people, places and processes required to drive efficiencies and reduce costs. All so that you can keep a laser focus on the core objectives of your business.
From managing 16,000 submeters across Asda's entire estate to helping small businesses control their energy costs, City guides every customer through their unique energy management journey. In 2020, we made a cumulative 7.8m in annual savings for our customer base. We achieve these results through constant partnership, providing a 365/24-7 Technical and Energy Bureau to solve a breadth of planning and operational challenges.
Working in partnership with customers, we connect assets across multiple sites. The sheer volume of data we monitor is beyond the ability of a human to analyse in real time. Our asset connectivity model accounts for a wide range of maturities. This helps clients connect to and automate a multitude of processes, providing robust compliance and saving significant workforce hours to be reinvested in core activity.

Worked at City for nearly 11 years. One of the best companies I've ever worked for. They have supported me with training to progress my career over the years which I have never had with any other employer. They have a great Diversity and Inclusion programme and real focus on Mental Health support for colleagues. #CityFamily

Horrendous management, do not care about staff, treated badly, staff always leaving, people at the top earn silly money, people who do all the work get no reward, stay away

Van number 035 you haven't a clue how to drive. Pulled out at slow speed on a 60mph A-road forcing me to brake. The other reviews on here seem to back up this company's poor driving and attitude in general. Thank you for letting our voices be heard and hopefully change will follow.

Phisically Threatened by the driver from Newcastle. Absolutely disgusting human being with horrendous manners. The man needs to be fired from the company. Happened around 7:30 in the south Gosforth area.
