Right from the start I was impressed with these guys. Kevin came to see me after my initial enquiry, he clearly understood the type of cooling we required and the system that was needed. A competitive and complete quote was provided which allowed for an informed decision. Once a date was agreed the engineers (Gary & Liam) turned up spot on the agreed time, they were both polite and despite the installation process being by nature intrusive, kept disturbance to a minimum and even cleaned up after themselves each evening.

Once installation was complete Gary ran through the controls with us before leaving the operating manual. It's a quick thumbs up for Kelly at 'mission control' too, for bearing with me, answering my queries and pointing me in the right direction. I can't recommend these guys enough, they are a first class team.

I had aircon put in the master bedroom and lounge by Climate Control Ltd. Excellent process, from initial phone call to them, to the finished product. Their engineers are first class, very knowledgeable and their work is excellent, very neat and tidy. I can't fault them at all, highly recommended.

I invited several air conditioning companies for quotes for two units, one for my lounge and one for the main bedroom. Climate Control were the first to respond, they explained over the phone and then arranged to visit us within a few days with COVID procedures in place. Disa arrived with her partner who part owned the company, they were both polite, informative and explained what I needed and a quote was given.

I then had two more quotes over the phone and online. I decided to go with Climate Control as I felt with the company I never felt pressured, a date was arranged within 10 days to enable me to have some electric work to be done. Chris the engineer arrived on the date agreed at 9 am and completed the job in one day leaving at 9pm the quality of work appeared excellent Chris adhered to all COVID 19 procedures and was clean and tidy and worked tirelessly throughout the day. On completion all workings of the units were explained to me and the manuals were left for me to study.

Kevin came out soon after I called him to quote. We reviewed the options and he offered his professional opinion on the best way to achieve what I wanted in the most cost effective way. He quickly came back to me with a quote and an installation date that he stuck to. The installation team were well organised and hoovered up after themselves. The room is nice and cool now, jobs a good-un! I would recommend using them

In the last two years we have had 2 Air Conditioning systems installed in our home, one with outlets to 4 rooms and another to the kitchen. There has also been an intermediate service visit. All of the work has been carried out efficiently and very neatly with little intrusion into our daily living. There has been no need to carry out any redecoration even though 4 holes needed to be cut into each of the room ceilings for the vent grills.

Time taken for each visit was exactly as scheduled. The engineers carrying out this work were professional, polite and friendly and respected our home. I can highly recommend Climate Control for the quality of their work.

It was so simple. We had an old LG gas air con system that was out of date and could no longer be re-gassed. We needed something new and had no idea how to go about it without being led down a path of spending more money than we need to! Climate Control were recommended to us. Telephone staff - helpful. Site viewing - quick. Quote - Informative, transparent and clear. Installation process - punctual, tidy and respectful of our working environment.

The whole process was made easy and clear. We now have two Fujitsu machines in our offices that supply us with hot and cold temperatures. They are more efficient than turning the heating on and change the temperature rapidly.
