Having recently had installed a ducted AC system to the first floor of our property we can honestly say that the installation was carried out in a professional and efficient manner. The two installers, Scott and Russ, were extremely courteous and let us know how things were progressing whenever we asked. They made no mess at all and were friendly and hard working.
We were particularly pleased with the expert advice provided to ensure the maximum benefit for the heating of the house. We have no hesitation in recommending this firm to anybody requiring an AC installation.

Yesterday we had our second AC unit fitted by Lynx and Rob Pygott their MD arrived first and then showed their installations team of Scott and Russ what needed to be done. They did a first class job in very difficult and cold weather. The AC unit was mounted on part of the stairwell and works very efficiently but this involved a certain amount of work in the loft. These guys are worth their weight in gold and we cannot praise them enough Very satisfied John Squire

We have had Lynx AC fit six air conditioning units in our house to replace the night storage heaters that we had. After having them now for over 7 months we have save on electricity and find there more efficient to run

Lynx stepped in to help when a new installation by another company at our new build home didn't work as expected - coming up with a great (and cost effective) solution and then a very high quality installation - we wanted the AC to be as hidden as possible, and they achieved a great outcome. We've used them for maintenance of the whole system ever since and they have been very reliable and efficient.

We have 5 air con/heating units in the house, and office, Lynx installed all of them, and we have a 6 monthly maintenance agreement, which they ring and remind us when it is due, the units are very efficient, have had no issues at all, and we have had them for 5 to 6 years now. We have already recommended this company to our neighbour who had some installed in the last few months. They are friendly on the phone, and the engineers who service them are courteous and friendly. We have used Lynx for more than 10 years. They conducted initial analysis design ang installation of 3 A/C units. Subsequently they re-sited an existing unit and installed a larger unit in an expanded kitchen. At all times they have acted professionally. They attended a malfunctioning inverter until the manufacturer replaced it, at no additional cost.
They have high levels of service and always leave the site clean. They respond positively to non-standard request (such as not using fragrances on maintained units). We don't make recommendations but make an exception for Lynx. We have no financial or familial interest in this company.

Very happy will all aspects of the installation. The pre-work communications and discussions were handled very professionally and we were left in no doubt about what we would be getting and that it would meet our requirements. The installation took two days. The two installers were outstandingly good - very neat, accurate, tidy, and courteous at all times. The end product looks great and is exactly what we were promised. Overall, we couldn't be happier with the work Lynx AC has done.
