I recently relocated to Louisville and was fortunate to have connected with Crystal Dries. She is an amazing realtor. Very knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. She listened to exactly what we wanted in a home and found it in short order. She not only helped negotiate the price, but also repairs needed from the home inspection. She is very client focused, extremely responsive and was a pleasure to work with. a true professional.

In my first interaction with the Joe Hayden Real Estate Team, I was referred to their resident "Highlands Expert, " Craig Greenwell. Craig was given my contact information and promptly followed up to introduce himself and see how he could help in my quest to find my first home. That will forever live as the day I won the real estate agent lottery!

I was incredibly nervous going into the search process as I knew I'd have to go through most of it remotely from the west coast. That nervousness disappeared quickly after I met Craig. From our very first phone call through the closing date and beyond, I could not have had a better experience working with him. His professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of the Louisville real estate market and incredible guidance made the entire process a breeze.

He found house after house for me to review, recorded private video tours, walked me through houses via FaceTime and even went as far as meeting my friends/family anywhere I would send him while I was in California. When I was finally able to fly to Louisville for in-person showings, Craig blocked out his entire Friday (and part of Sunday) to show me a full slate of properties.

In addition to the three or four houses I really wanted to see, he lined up showings at many other houses to give me a full flavor of what the market had to offer. Importantly, he always gave me his honest opinion and never pressured me to settle for anything less than the perfect home. Once we found the right house, he was the perfect person to be in my corner for the offer, negotiation and closing processes.

His guidance was top notch, and his work ethic (he worked nights and weekends to make sure everything was in order) was incredible throughout. Because of Craig, I now own the perfect house in one of the best areas in Louisville. Craig's excellence as a real estate professional is only matched by his awesomeness as a person. I commented multiple times throughout the process (to my parents, my girlfriend, my friends and really anyone who would listen) that I could not have found a better person to work with, and I truly mean that.

While I don't know if I'll ever want to sell the fantastic house that Craig helped me purchase in the Highlands, I do know that if I'm ever in need of buying/selling services again, Craig Greenwell will be my first call. Thanks to him and the Joe Hayden Real Estate Team for everything!

Trevor Gill helped us find and purchase the right home as we were moving to Louisville from out of state. Mike Gibson was instrumental in assisting my wife and I in our quest to find the perfect home. We experienced the realtor type that listens to your needs with one ear and then e-mail blasts you with dozens of homes that aren't even close to your desire. We used Laura for both the purchase and selling of our home. She was more than excellent. Very informative and helpful and really seemed to work for us. She had great ideas on getting our home 'show ready' and I felt like she put an extra foot forward in selling our home. When purchasing our home, I flew in from Texas and she met with me and showed me around to several different homes all in a day.

She coordinated all the showings in advance and kept us moving because she knew I had to catch a flight back that evening. She went above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone and everyone who may be looking to sell or purchase.
