During 2001/2002, we began to focus on an increasing demand for our services in the Commercial sector. In the years that have followed we began to expand our existing business, until today we are proud to boast a team of highly skilled and qualified service engineers specialising in Commercial Catering, Laundry, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Cleaning equipment.. Very friendly efficient and reliable local company. Originally offered an appointment on Friday but the company phoned later with a cancellation and repaired my dishwasher that day. All fixed within the call out charge so was very pleased. I was also reassured by the engineer who respectfully wore a face mask. This was important to me due to my current medical condition. Would definitely recommend Eastleigh Services.

The engineer was supposed to come between 0800 and 1200. Had to make two phone call when he did not turn up. Eventually two engineers came at 1530! They were supposed to call me when they were on their way but failed to do so. However they quickly diagnosed the wine fridge problem as non-repairable. They were polite and courteous.

We called Eastleigh services and the engineer arrived within and hour & 30 mins. He was polite and answered all questions he was asked and kept us updated on the progress. The dishwasher is working and we were happy with their service. I can not answer about good value as we have not yet received the invoice. Service: Dishwasher repair

We asked for a visit primarily to advise/repair/replace our cooker hood. I was not surprised that we needed to replace our 23 year old hood, for which we have been quoted. While here the technician examined two ignition switches which have been erratic. He was able to rectify one but not the other, which was not troublesome enough to warrant replacing the whole hob.

Attended efficiently and found machine not economically repairable though didn't know until phoned next day. Very pleasant but took time to find job and give me info. Was asked if wanted to pay over phone and would send invoice. Paid but yet to receive e mailed invoice. Overall good pleasant and straightforward but efficiency could be improved

Called out in Feb, and resolved the problem. The problem re emerged in April - after talking to Chris he suggested a revisit, without a call out fee. Engineer attended the next day, resolved the problem effectively and concluded without additional cost. I'm very pleased with the responsiveness to my problem, very good service and follow up, the company obviously value good service.

I have used Eastleigh Services on a few occasions over the last three years. I have nothing but praise for them. They have repaired hob, removed, supplied and installed a new cooker - offered very good value for money for the oven with a good warranty. I deal with everything via phone or internet. Its always easy to get hold of them, generally response is reasonable. As the work is being done in a rental property I look after they deal with it all very efficiently. Thank you for this excellent service.
