We had some existing air conditioning systems that didn't work too well. We found Complete Cooling Services, they asked if they could come to site to carry out a site assessment. After attending site they advised us what could be done. The old systems were repaired and now work great. We even managed to relocate another old system and have since had an additional two new systems installed. We have found them to be efficient and provide great customer service. My parents initially used Complete Cooling for servicing their air con unit and they were that happy with the service that they recommended them to me when I wanted air con installing in my new house. I had a unit installed a few months ago, it wasn't the simplest of installs due to the location of the room and sloping ceilings but they clearly explained my options.

Every person from office staff to installers have been lovely. I personally hate sales tactics and games but there was none of that with this company. I also asked them to replace a faulty unit at my workplace that hadn't been installed to the best standards. They did this and tidied up the pipework etc making the office look alot more professional and neat. I wouldn't use any other company now and would highly recommend them.
