Excellent job of getting the unit working in a timely manner

This guys are life savers haven't had ac for several years been using portable units well it got hotter and hotter and the portable units wouldn't keep up. Called 7 company's they all came out and looked crawled under my house and said we know what you need a complete system I said ok they said they would call back with a price they never returned my call called Jackson on a Friday they came on Monday and looked and she called back Tuesday with a price and they woke me up Monday morning around 7 am they were here installing the unit. Very professional work very professional staff they have. Would recommend them before anyone else in town! God bless you guys at Jackson heating and air!

Air conditioner unit went out on a Thursday night following a severe storm. Called Jackson's early the next morning and I was told they had already had 23 calls for service. Said they would come to check on the unit Friday afternoon, which they did even at 8:00 PM. Can't beat their service! Have been using them since about 1980.
