Excellent all round. These guys go above and beyond for me all the time but that's probably because I'm a decent human being just like them. Thank goodness I discovered Autocar Repairs. I had a full service done on 03/06/20 for my car. Got an appointment with no hassle. They kept me updated throughtout the process as to whats happening with the car and what time can i come to collect. Very good customer service by John. And the car feels much better than before. These guys were my hero today. Travelled from York to London on a delivery and the drive belt went on the van. This was at 6 o'clock in the morning so we're stuck in London waiting for things to open. Googled garages and these guys came up. Service speed professional people came bumped the van off we followed to the garage they ordered the drive belt then fitted all in one hour. I would 100% recommend this garage. And thank you guys your life savers

I've been using Autocar Repairs for both my (modern) family estate and my (ancient) camper van for the last ten years. They're a brilliant bunch of mechanics, and their expertise makes them fast and efficient at diagnosing and fixing problems. I'll counter the handful of negative reviews by saying that I've never had any issues with them, either from a customer service or work perspective.

On the one occasion I had to take the camper van back to them (the new brake pads they'd installed as part of a brakes overhaul were squealing -- an issue with modern parts and an old van, not a fitting problem) they bent over backwards to rectify the problem. Mechanics often get a bad rap. John, Jason and the team are definitely the good guys.

I have used this garage for many years, and have always had great experiences here. I can trust them to do quality work to my cars at a competitive price and the owner and staff are always polite and very helpful. I would not want to go anywhere else.
