Its been a few months but need to review before I forget. Great service from the appointment to the service call. Great job. Fair price. I use Williams for all of my HVAC needs. They replaced my air conditioner last summer and recently repaired my furnace. Technician Steve did a great job. Damon in the office also was a big help tracking down the parts needed. Every time I call Williams they knock it out of the park. Thanks again guys

They installed a Mitsubishi mini split A/c with heat unit for my home, very reasonable price, great job, . later when had some problem showing up, their technician came right away, especially Mike B is very professional, knowledgeable resolved the problem at once. I have ever been deal with few other A/c companies. believe Williams is the #1 top service, quality in this area. honest to recommend.

Kieran Came out and diagnosed my system which was mis- diagnosed by Mastercraft heating and cooling and he fixed the circuit breaker for $200. Mastercraft wanted $10,000 for an all new system. I'm very thankful that Williams did not try to gouge me and simply diagnosed correctly and fixed the problem which is now allowing the AC system to work perfectly again thank you Williams!

I called around 11 am they were at my door by 1:15 and fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Didn't change an arm and a leg and very professional and knowledgeable. Would use them again Service: AC maintenance

We have used Williams Refrigeration in the past many times. We are very confident with their service. In our past house, our furnace went out on New Years Day, and Williams came out promptly and fixed the furnace that very same day and within an hour. Now in our new home, Easter Weekend, our furnace needed to be replaced after 26yrs. The first HVAC company we called was Williams.

They give you a reasonable price and do very good work in a timely manner. The workers are all knowledgeable and professional. They clean up, and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Williams Refrigeration as the "Go to Guys". We are very satisfied with their service, and highly recommend them.

Update-Kudos to the Supervisor Mike and Williams for standing by their work. Mike came out a couple of times once for a pinched wire via the AC install that affected my heat, and today for a damper that some how got closed I believe during AC install as I do nothing with a furnace. It was quick easy. Mike is super knowledgeable, professional, polite, and is a real asset to you your company.

Happy Thanksgiving Williams Refrigeration AC & Heating did a good job quickly for a reasonable price. The whole team was pleasant and professional. Tammy and Ashley in the office handling payment they made this easy even in a pandemic. Dan and his crew and the electricians were ontime diligent in their work installing my new AC unit, and respectful of my home and time as I was working from home. Dan and crew explained what needed to be explained and got the job done. They get my highest recommendation as a company that does what they say they can do.

After having 4 different contractors come to our home to estimate a brand new high-efficiency furnace and high-efficiency water heater install, we went with Williams. Our representative was extremely detailed and explained everything. The price was far lower than Aladdin, Flame and others. The installers were on-time, professional, did a great job, cleaned up and were very polite. We are very happy and will highly recommend!

Williams was out for my yearly furnace inspection. They found a cracked heat exchanger. Because of the age of the old system 23 years they suggested a new heating system. Dan in sales was out a couple days later quoted me a price and gave me 3 options good, better, best and took the time to explain all 3. Dan also quoted the before and after price with all rebates.

The install crew was out a couple weeks later and everything was installed in one day. They cleaned up after themselves took all the old parts and nothing was left behind. They also took the time to explain everything with the new furnace City inspectors were recently out and everything passed there inspections. One inspector commented on the quality of work Williams does and that they are a great company

After a $10,000.00 installation these people still can not get the point that there are three air outlets in the living room that do not put out anything but a breath of air conditioning. They simply do not care about their customers and are in the business at this time simply for the money they can take from their loyal customers. A loyal customer I will be never more. As a side note they charge me for every useless service? call.

My old AC unit went out during the peak of summer heat. I called Williams refrigeration and decided to have them quote me for a new unit. Jim Williams came to my house a few hours later to provide a quote which I think is fantastic considering it was the hottest point in summer and I'm sure they were busy. I ended up having them replace both my furnace and AC unit as they'd reached their expected life (they didn't up-sell me--it was time).

The quote that Jim provided me was very reasonable. The team at Williams was able to schedule a replacement later in the week--again surprising for the time of year. On the day of the installation a team of 3 workers showed up in 2 clean and well-stocked vehicles and they stayed the entire day working on the removal of my old equipment and installation of the new equipment.

They were pleasant, courteous, and neat. At about noon, someone showed up to drop off custom sheet metal duct-work that the guys measured and called in that morning. He also hauled away the old units. A little while later the electrician showed up to wire everything. It was apparent that these guys were very qualified and the entire team was impressive with people coming and going at the right time.

Even my neighbors were impressed by the amount of Williams vehicles coming and going from my house to support my installation. A few months later and everything is working as it should. I would highly recommend Williams refrigeration to anyone looking for new HVAC equipment.

We've been using Williams for about 15 years now. When we moved to our new house and had to replace the furnace, they came in right away, quoted a very fair price and got it installed within just a few days. They do excellent work and we'll continue to use them in the future.
